What is Embrace Autism and Who is it For?

Embrace Autism is an autistic-led and designed programme providing pre- and post-diagnostic support to autistic adults in Scotland.

This programme is for newly diagnosed or self-identified autistic adults.

Embrace Autism offers peer support, information, and resources to help autistic people understand their autism, build a sense of community, and develop the tools they need to live happy, meaningful lives.
